How OLDEV handles your data.

1. Who runs this site

OLDEV is operated as an Algerian auto-entrepreneur by:

All client communication, billing, and contractual matters go directly to me. There is no agency, assistant, or sub-processor for client work other than what is listed in section 4.

2. What data we collect

Three sources, in plain terms:

  • Free deliverability audit form ({{ROOT}}free-deliverability-audit/): your email address, the domain you want audited, and your name (optional).
  • Contact & quote form: whatever you submit, typically email, project description, and any details you choose to include.
  • Server access logs: standard hosting telemetry kept by our infrastructure provider, IP address, timestamp, user-agent. These are operational, not behavioral.

No analytics, no marketing pixels, no third-party trackers, no behavioral profiling. The site does not set first-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

  • Deliver the audit PDF you requested.
  • Send up to two follow-up emails about the report. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Reply to inquiries you send through contact / quote forms.
  • Provide and invoice services if you engage me on a project.

Legal basis under GDPR (for EU residents): legitimate interest for delivering requested content; explicit consent for any further marketing communications; contractual necessity for service delivery.

4. Third parties (sub-processors)

Tools that touch your data, and what each one does:

  • ZeroBounce, email validation during the audit pipeline.
  • n8n, audit workflow orchestration, self-hosted on our VPS.
  • FluentCRM, email contact storage and delivery, self-hosted on our infrastructure.
  • Brevo / SMTP2Go, transactional email delivery (audit reports, replies).
  • Cloudflare, DNS, CDN, bot protection.
  • Hostinger, VPS hosting provider.
  • Google Fonts, font delivery (no tracking, may set a CDN connection log).
  • Tailwind CDN, Font Awesome CDN, Cloudflare CDN, asset delivery only.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Lead-magnet contacts: up to 24 months from your last activity, then automatically purged.
  • Active client data: duration of engagement, plus 3 years for legal and tax retention.
  • Server access logs: 30 days.
  • Unsubscribe: your contact record is deleted within 30 days of your unsubscribe action.

6. Your rights

You can request any of the following at any time:

  • Access to the data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • A portable copy of your data.
  • Withdrawal of consent for any non-essential processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site sets no first-party tracking cookies, no analytics, no marketing pixels.

Third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, Tailwind, Font Awesome, Cloudflare) may set technical cookies for asset delivery and DDoS protection. These are not used for tracking or behavioral profiling.

Because there is no marketing, analytics, or behavioral tracking, this site does not display a cookie consent banner. If we ever add analytics, this section will be updated and a banner deployed.

8. Service terms (light)

  • Productized services (CRM Migration, WordPress Systems Audit) are delivered per the published pricing and scope on each service page.
  • Custom services are delivered per a signed proposal that defines scope, price, and timeline.
  • The CRM Migration service includes a documented refund policy on its dedicated page.
  • Liability for any service is limited to the fees actually paid for that service.
  • The free deliverability audit is provided on a best-effort basis with no warranty of completeness or fitness for any specific purpose.

9. Children

This is a B2B site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when something material changes (a new sub-processor, a change in retention, a new service). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing contacts are communicated by email.

11. Governing law

Algerian law for contractual matters and the operator's legal obligations. GDPR rights are honored for EU residents regardless of the operator's jurisdiction.
